The whole dealership on one screen. And a GM that reads the numbers before you do.
JaRVis Command pulls six rooftops, the CRM, the DMS, the website, ads, reviews and the market into one database we own. JaRVis sits on top: ask it anything in plain English, let it notice what matters overnight, and approve what it wants to say.

Ask JaRVis runs a frontier AI model over a fixed catalog of read-only aggregate tools. Stat tiles, a chart and a table come back in seconds, with the business brief and the group's management standards behind every answer.

Every night the platform scores demand per unit, forecasts the week and flags anomalies. Then JaRVis writes down what matters, store by store, with a severity and a suggested action.
- Home → “What JaRVis noticed”, the bell, and the daily digest
- Useful / not useful / dismiss, and it learns what to stop producing
- Hot, normal, cold, stale on every unit

Reflection 315RLTS views 1.8× class peers; same floorplan $2,100 lower at a dealer 11 miles away.

JaRVis proposes commitments from a conversation; a person saves them. Overdue becomes missed on its own. The morning run drafts GM notes; approve-before-send is the rule.
- Commitments ledger: open, due, missed
- One morning note per store, escalating by repetition
- Admin → JaRVis outbox: approve sends, reject stops
Morning. Three Reflections are drawing 1.8× the views of their class and the same floorplan is $2,100 cheaper down the road. That is demand we are pricing away. Second time this has come up. What is the plan on FW31542, 31560 and 31577 by Friday?
Market Watch collects what 18 competing dealers advertise on their own sites. Inventory Intelligence runs aging, duplicates and transfer rules over our feed and prices each unit against the identical competitor unit.
- First and last sighting, price changes, removals, market mix
- Aging 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 with recommendations by store

Real data. Real guardrails.
How we count: units from the DMS inventory feed as last loaded; website sessions from the daily analytics pull since June; dealer sites from the Market Watch registry. The zero is by construction: Ask JaRVis only receives aggregates from allowlisted tools, and a tripwire blocks anything else.

Built so the customer list never has to leave the building.
The platform reads the CRM, the DMS, the website and the ad accounts. It never writes to a system of record. The single planned exception is our own conversions back to the ad platform.
A Postgres database under McClain's own account, plain SQL migrations, a full export path. No vendor holds the data.
The model reasons over counts, rates and rankings from allowlisted tools. A tripwire blocks any answer that carries an email, phone or SSN pattern.
Who asked, what, which tools ran, the report returned, and whether it was blocked, in an append-only log.
JaRVis drafts. Someone approves. Autonomy for an action type is earned after weeks of approved drafts.
Google sign-in restricted to company accounts and an access list.
What is JaRVis Command?+
McClain's RV's own customer data platform. It pulls the CRM, the DMS, the website, ads, reviews and the market into one database we own, gives every department a screen, and puts JaRVis on top to answer questions and notice what matters.
Who is JaRVis?+
The assistant inside the platform. It answers plain-English questions with reports, scores inventory every night, writes down findings, keeps a ledger of commitments and drafts the morning notes to GMs. It runs on the group's own management standards, loaded first on every surface.
Does the AI see customer data?+
No. The model only ever receives aggregates from a fixed set of read-only tools. Names, emails, phones, VINs and stock numbers stay in the warehouse. A tripwire blocks any answer that would carry one.
Will it email customers or change a deal?+
No. It reads from every system and writes to none of them. Outbound today means notes to our own GMs, and a person approves each one before it is sent.
What does it connect to?+
Almost any CRM or DMS, plus web analytics, paid search and paid social, store reviews and the website itself. Each source lands read-only behind a swappable connector, so a system can change without the platform changing.
Why are some screens marked sample data?+
Each source has a gate: a developer program, a signed access form, a key from a vendor. The screens are built and switch to live data the day the feed lands. Admin → Connections shows which are green.
